  • Account details (name, email, subscription ID)

We don’t collect behavioral analytics, writing history, or any unrelated browsing activity.

We process your data under these lawful bases:

  • Consent: When you upload text or create an account, you consent to its temporary processing for correction.
  • Contractual Necessity: We process your data to provide editing and feedback features.
  • Legitimate Interest: To maintain platform security, quality, and performance.
  • Legal Obligation: When we must comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account or contacting us.

We host our infrastructure in GDPR-compliant data centers located within the EU (or approved jurisdictions).

  • Short-term text storage (deleted automatically after processing)

  • Free-tier text data is deleted immediately after processing.
  • Premium account data is removed within 7 days of account deletion.
  • Backups are purged within 30 days.

Aggregate, anonymized metrics (like total words corrected) may be kept for internal analysis, without personal identifiers.
